Returns & Refunds Policy

• Return Window: You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.

• Non-Returnable Items: Personal care items, clearance products, or anything damaged by misuse are not eligible.

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

• Exchange: In case of defects or wrong items, we’ll replace the product at no extra cost. Exchanged/ replaced products will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days.
