• Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders.

• Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID on email/SMS to follow your order status.

• Delays: Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, holidays, or due to courier delays.

• Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or contact us immediately with photos.
